What happens if I damage the jewellery during my rental period?
If the jewellery is damaged, a partial or full deduction from the security deposit will be applied based on the extent of the damage.
How long does it take to process my security deposit refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the jewellery is returned in its original condition.
How does the refund or replacement process work for damaged products?
If you receive a damaged product, you must provide an unboxing video as proof. Based on this, we will offer a refund or a replacement.
Is an unboxing video mandatory?
Yes, an unboxing video is required. If you fail to record one, we will not be able to process refunds or replacements for any damages.
What if the product is damaged during shipping?
Our products are shipped in secure packaging to prevent damage. However, we highly recommend recording a video while unboxing to claim a refund or replacement in case of damage.
How do I return the rented jewellery?
You no longer need to ship it manually. We will arrange a pickup for your convenience.
Is there a security deposit required for renting jewellery?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required. The amount depends on the jewellery's value.
How long can I rent the jewellery for?
The standard rental period is 5 days. If you need an extension, you can contact us in advance.
